Mylar keeps post-processing the same issues from StoryArcs

Post by TheHYPO »

I have just realized in my 'history' that Mylar is repeatedly postprocessing the same issues over and over again.

For example, today, over a 4 minute span, it post-processed 27 issues from 6 storylines (not every issue from those storylines, and not all of my storylines). All of the issues except one are issues of Batman V1 (as per below, I think I understand why it is only these particular issues). There are no other history entries (no new downloads). Just post-processing.

A bit over 12 hours earlier (but not exactly), the same 27 issues post-processed, though in a different order, and a bit over 12 hours before that (but a few minutes difference), etc. It looks like this has been going on for months, through many updates of Mylar3 (my version auto-updates on mylar3:nightly) in Docker/Linux. Current version is [ac1b2636b741627c34cd8d9ed28765b77fc4176b]

All of the issues in question are listed as downloaded/present/green in both the storyline and in the comic page itself.

I've noted that a copy of the one non-Batman issue post-processes was located in my SABNZB 'incomplete' folder, and I've deleted that. I will see if that has any effect. Similarly, the Mylar logs show that it is locating the relevant Batman issues in a Batman torrent in my completed torrent downloads folder. The presence of these files is presumably why these issues are being recognised and post-processed, and not other issues from these and other storyarcs.

My question is, why is it attempting to repeatedly post-process those issues when they are already recorded as 'downloaded' in Mylar3, and there are already copies of them in my comic folder? Is this expected behaviour? It's only seeming to do this for issues in StoryArcs, not the rest of the Batman v1 series, for example (there are other non-storyarc issues in the torrent that are also 'downloaded' in the Batman v1 series itself that are not post-processed.

The relevant log entries for one example (I've sanitized the path and filenames):
