You just found a bug in the manual post-processing - when there's no year provided in the filename and it's a manual run. It's a requirement (further on in the process) that the issue year be provided in order to help determine things, but obviously if there's no year given, but it's the only series with that title in existance it should be an automatic pass.

I'll see about getting a commit up later today with the fix for this.
