Help for a newb user?

So I've set up Mylar, and followed instructions on LinuxServer and GitHub, and I've got it up and running but not really sure how to get started downloading? I don't see any basic walkthrough of how to add and download comics? I've gone through the settings, pointed to my /comics folder, added a downloader and some indexers. I can successfully search for comics (say Spider-Man), I click Add To Comics and then nothing happens? It doesn't go to Wanted or to My Comics Manage. I'm not really sure where to start? If someone can point me in the direction of a guide (I looked on YouTube too) of how to actually use the tool that would be great!
