Running Mylar 3 in Windows.
I have had the Civil War story arc set up in Mylar for years. All issues are stored in /StoryArcs/Civil War (2006-2007). I was playing around today and clicked refresh. When I did an random issue from 2011 got added which changed the folder name to /StoryArcs/Civil War (2006-2011) and all of the comics got listed as skipped/missing because there is nothing in that folder. I removed the incorrect/new issue. The folder location in Mylar changed back to /StoryArcs/Civil War (2006-2007). Despite all of the issues being in this folder, they are still showing as skipped/missing.
Is there a way for me to manually scan that story arc folder so Mylar recognizes them again?
