Mylar not manage torrent in my case

I really like your work and I think that Mylar is a great idea ! But in my case I can't make it work and after a week of tests I need some help.

I installed Mylar on my Syno DS211j. I want to use Tranmission to download my comics ( as I use it in CP and SR ).

My version is :

Mylar Version: master
-- git build e1bc2d9786392bfd1114b11e687ba792d6c5363b.
Python Version : 2.7.11

I succeed to add some comics in my wanted list and Mylar created the destination files in my Syno but it seem that the torrent doesn't go to Transmission.

Mylar doesn't manage the torrent client in any way thus far - if you're using torrents you need to use a blackhole/watch directory for your given client and then enter that into Mylar under the appropriate section of the Download Providers tab.

Mylar will then send the torrent files to the watch directory where they can be picked up by your client and downloaded / seeded.
