I use Mylar at Work and Home, and I know the want lists are different. It would be fantastic if I could export and merge them into one installation.

You could just host Mylar on one place 24/7 or run it from a dropbox/onedrive/whatever folder

Open mylar to the web by forwarding the port used by Mylar on your home router to your computer. You can then access Mylar from wherever as long as you have internet access. If you don't have internet access then Mylar won't work that well anyways. As kwartel suggested, moving your library to a cloud storage drive will allow you to access your comics from any location as well.
I regularly access Mylar remotely, occasional from mobile devices and while the interface isn't optimized for touch interfaces it is serviceable.
